Welcome to the CKR Community! Our mission is to foster a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment where holistic practitioners and seekers can connect with trust and confidence. These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. By using CKR, all members, including practitioners and seekers, agree to uphold these principles:

1. Trust & Integrity

  • Act with honesty and transparency in all interactions within the CKR community.
  • Represent qualifications, services, and expertise accurately.
  • Maintain ethical standards and uphold the integrity of holistic wellness practices.

2. Professionalism & Respect

  • Treat all members with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment.
  • Communicate in a constructive and solution-oriented manner.

3. Transparency & Accountability

  • Clearly communicate services, pricing, and expectations.
  • Address any concerns or disputes with openness and a commitment to resolution.
  • Practitioners must disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect their services.
  • Seekers should be honest about their expectations and provide accurate information to practitioners.

4. Care & Consideration

  • Prioritize well-being by engaging with services in a compassionate and responsible manner.
  • Respect personal boundaries of all community members.
  • Practitioners should offer appropriate referrals when a seeker’s needs extend beyond their expertise.
  • Seekers should communicate their needs and limitations respectfully.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Safeguard all personal and sensitive information shared within the platform.
  • Do not share details about other members without explicit consent, except when required by law.
  • Practitioners must take appropriate measures to protect client data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Seekers should respect practitioner confidentiality and any agreed-upon privacy terms.

6. Ethical Practices

  • Do not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or exploitative activities.
  • Avoid false advertising or exaggerated claims about services or results.
  • Refrain from soliciting CKR members for external platforms or services without prior consent.

7. Platform Usage & Conduct

  • Use the CKR platform responsibly and in alignment with its intended purpose.
  • Practitioners may not use CKR resources to develop competing services.
  • Seekers should engage with practitioners in good faith and avoid disruptive behavior.
  • Do not engage in spamming, deceptive practices, or any activity that undermines the community experience.

8. Conflict Resolution & Disputes

  • Address concerns professionally and attempt to resolve issues amicably.
  • If conflicts arise, follow CKR’s dispute resolution procedures before escalating further.
  • Practitioners and seekers should engage in good-faith efforts to resolve any disputes respectfully.

9. Crisis & Emergency Situations

  • CKR is not a crisis intervention platform.
  • If a seeker exhibits signs of distress or harm, practitioners should provide appropriate resources and referrals to qualified professionals.
  • Seekers in crisis should seek immediate assistance from licensed professionals or emergency services.

10. Violations & Enforcement

  • CKR reserves the right to investigate and take action on violations of these guidelines.
  • Actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the platform.
  • Members are encouraged to report any violations to CKR’s support team.
